Vintage Singer Insta-Load 16mm Movie / Film Projector with Empty Reel

This vintage Singer projector is in nice cosmetic condition, it powers on and runs in all positions.  The projector bulb lights up, there is another bulb that I was not able to check because I do not know how to open the compartment.  The height adjustment works and the front section moves in and out when switched from load to projection.
The belts that drive the film reels were not with it when the photos were taken, I have them and also a large empty reel which are included with the sale, new photos will be added.  it was designed to play sound but I was not able to test that function because of no film.  There is NO removable cover with this machine.
