Vintage Bell & Howell Soundstar Motion Picture Projector

Selling (1) Vintage Bell & Howell Soundstar Motion Picture Projector.  I plugged it in and when the switch was put to "fan" a fan turned on, then to "lamp" and the lamp turned on.  When I push the arrow lever up I heard/saw motion, when I push the arrow level down it did turn for a bit then stopped.... so not sure if it is in "working order" based on doing these things so selling for possible use, parts or repair.
