Works=Lights works/spindles spin HOWEVER this item Has been sitting for decades and Needs a TUNE UP(I don’t know what a Tune up entails for this item because I am not an expert(I’m guessing open this item up internally and externally and Maybe needs To be oiled/maybe needs new bands if it has them/maybe needs to be tightened/adjusted ETC ETC )=If a Tune up is Done this item will Be in Perfect working order, or Just Display this Awesome piece of History-Thanks :)
