Kodak EktaSound MovieDeck 285 - (sound not working)

Description

Here's a vintage dual 8 (standard 8mm & super 8mm) film projector.  KODAK MOVIEDECK 285. This is a sound projector, but the sound does not work. Just hums on the speaker when film is running. Tested with both types of film and does run through the projector. Projetor has automatic threading,400ft automatic take up reel, 3-1/2" x 5" pull out screen (or project on a regular screen. ELB bulb that works. 18/24 fps. off/still/run/thread/fast forward/rewind/stop knob. Volume knob. Record/Erase knob. Smoke dust cover.
*Some cracks on the projector. Missing a piece of plastic by the "pull out screen" Pull out screen does stick when pulling out at times.
AS IS CONDITION / NO RETURNS / FOR REPAIR, FIX OR DISPLAY. Does work on silent film.
