Unit powers on, rear & front (tallest) spindle turn (NOTE: front spindle only turns during what appears to be in the reverse setting). It does not turn during the two forward settings. While in the forward settings, a loud sound is produced, likely to the friction caused by the front spindle not turning. The rear spindle does spin in all settings.
The light bulb in the motor powers on. The cover under the front spindle is missing.
